What Is Iron Lung?

Iron Lung is a first-person horror game where players pilot a small research submarine across an alien sea. Visibility is nearly zero. You navigate using coordinates and sonar. To progress, you must take photographs of specific locations in the ocean.

Gameplay

The gameplay is simple but stressful. You enter coordinates manually. Move slowly through the ocean. Use the camera system to capture required images. Monitor your oxygen level carefully.
